Assumption Novena of Masses

Here at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, we honor the Blessed Virgin Mary every single day of the year, but on August 15 we commemorate the day when the Blessed Mother was taken to Heaven, body and soul. In preparation for this great feast dedicated to Our Lady, we invite you to join us in praying our special Assumption Novena Prayer on the nine days leading up to August 15.
